Kate Warner has unique perspective and experience as both a producer and a free lance stage director. Her strengths and achievements are in major project management, producing and directing live theatre, artistic series programming, capital campaign design, and strategic planning.
 
Kate Warner served as Managing Director/Artistic Associate with Theatrical Outfit, a professional company focusing on contemporary work and adaptations, preparing to complete its 5.4 million capital campaign and to move into it's own 200 seat home, a renovated downtown Atlanta landmark. Kate is also an Artistic Associate of Dad's Garage Theatre Company where she curates the annual New Play Festival, featuring Greg Kotis, Caridad Svich, Alice Tuan and Chay Yew. 
 
Kate is a member and facilitator of the Lincoln Center Theatre Directors' Lab in New York, a member and panelist of the Directors Lab West in Los Angeles, and member of the Society for Stage Directors and Choreographers. 
 
Summer 2004, Kate completed the Executive Program Non-Profit Leaders in the Arts at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the New Artistic Leadership Institute with TCG/Dance USA at the McCarter Theatre. Kate also directed Theatrical Outfit's successful remount of Beehive July 14 – August 15, 2004 at the Rialto Center for the Performing Arts.
 
Kate is also an ordained Reverend in the Universal Life Church and a graduate of Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
